Located in the heart of Rosslyn in the Capricorn Coast – Rosslyn Bay Resort offers spacious, self-contained apartments set amongst a gorgeous Capricorn Coast backdrop – ideal for both the single, couples and family travellers.

This guide contains information on services and facilities available within our Accommodation, as well as local information on Rosslyn, Yeppoon and the Capricorn Coast.

If you are departing outside office hours, please settle your account the day prior. We accept Mastercard, Visa and bank transfer. Cheques are not accepted. All transactions must be carried out during office hours.

Management reserves the right to enter your apartment for cleaning, maintenance and inspection.

Check in time is from 2:00pm. Please see our reception open hours and if you will arrive outside these hours, please contact us to make arrangements prior to arrival.

Check out time is 10:00am. Please return keys to reception when checking out.

All late check-out requests must be pre-arranged and approved with reception, as they are based on availability. Please note that this has an additional fee of $50 after 11am.

Guests departing outside office hours are asked to leave their key(s) in the after-hours key drop box via the slot in the Reception door.

We do have a luggage room available so that you can leave your bags on arrival or departure.

Free parking is provided on-site (not secure) on a first come, first served basis. This cannot be booked in advance.

Please contact us beforehand if you are travelling in a bigger vehicle as we may be able to assist with recommendations to park elsewhere.

You will need to use your key card to gain entry to the apartment.

PLEASE NOTE: If key cards are lost, please contact Reception so that a replacement set can be arranged. Replacement/Lost keys do incur a fee of $50.

Our 1 and 2 Bedroom Spa Bungalows, and 2 Bedroom Ocean View Apartment include a full laundry.

For other apartments there is a a FREE communal laundry on-site available for guest use.

The BBQ area is open daily from 7:00 am to 9:00 pm. Kindly ensure the area is cleaned after use.

All facilities are open from 7:00am – 9:00pm daily. Please consider other guests when using these facilities.

• Children under the age of 14 are to be supervised at all times.
• Alcohol, glass and food are not permitted around the pool and spa areas.
• Pushing, running, jumping or rough play is prohibited in the pool and spa areas.
• Swimming whilst under the influence is not allowed.
• No surfboards or boogie boards allowed in the pool.

FAILURE TO FOLLOW THESE RULES MAY RESULT IN YOUR ACCESS BEING RESTRICTED.

Beaches Restaurant is located on-site open from 7:00am – Late (Monday – Saturday), 7:00am – 3:00pm (Sunday).

As well as Sunday Parilla: 5:00pm – 8:00pm featuring live music and a, smoky flavoured feast).

IMPORTANT NOTICE:
A fire evacuation plan is located on the back of your apartment door, please ensure you have familiarized yourself with the nearest fire exit.

IN CASE OF FIRE:
This property is fitted with an advanced fire protection system. In the case of a fire, please follow the procedures outlined below:

1. If the fire alarm or automatic evacuation system sounds, please make your way to the nearest fire exit.
2. Close the apartment door firmly behind you when all occupants of the apartment have vacated.
3. Leave all bags in your room.
4. Do not run.
5. Do not telephone Reception as we may require the phone lines for Emergency calls.
6. Proceed to the assembly area at the front entrance of the building. Await further instruction from the Fire Services or Rosslyn Bay team member.
7. Do not re-enter the building unless you are advised to do so by the Fire Brigade or a Rosslyn Bay team member.

Unfortunately no animals of any kind are permitted in the complex, without the prior approval of the Body Corporate. Guests who bring animals into the complex may be evicted without the right to a refund.

As per the Guide Dogs Act 1972, section 5, Guide Dogs or Companion dogs are permitted in the complex subject to prior approval by management and Body Corporate. Proof of registration will be requested.

There may be an extra cleaning fee included in your tariff, which will be agreed upon when making your booking.

The registered occupier of the unit is liable for any breakages or damages done during their stay. Please report all breakages or damage to reception immediately.

To ensure a pleasant holiday is had by all, we ask parents to SUPERVISE their children. Please ensure all signs are adhered to as any damage caused by children will become the parent’s expense. Persons found vandalizing or damaging resort property or equipment will be required to pay all restriction costs and asked to vacate the resort. Children to be escorted in the lift.

Our 1 and 2 Bedroom Spa Bungalows, and 2 Bedroom Ocean View Apartments are fully self-contained, which means you have everything you need including a full laundry and kitchen. If you are staying less then 7 nights and wish to have a full service during your stay, please organise with our Reception team prior to your arrival. Charges will apply. If you are staying longer then 7 nights this service is included in your stay.

For all other units, daily servicing is included in your stay.

All units have fully equipped kitchens or kitchenettes. Please contact Reception should any of the above items be faulty. Units that are equipped with stove tops – do not leave cooking unattended and ensure to always allow full ventilation by opening windows and doors when cooking. Fire Brigade Levy may apply should the fire alarm be activated.

All items in room (e.g. furniture, crockery and cutlery) are to remain in the rooms and not to be moved between other units if you have friends or family staying. Any items missing will incur a replacement charge.

Should any item in your apartment require attention, please contact Reception as soon as possible so this can be rectified.

  Children aged 0-2 are included in the price if using existing bedding. Please note we do have cots available to hire for an additional charge of $15 per night. Children aged 3 years+ are at adult rates.

* Please not the above occupancies are the maximum allowed in each apartment, not the amount included in the rate.

Recycling and general bins are located in the main carpark. Additional bins can be found under the Towers Building in front of Reception, as well as next to the Bungalows.

For the apartments that are self-catering, you are responsible for maintaining the general tidiness and cleanliness of your apartment during your stay (daily servicing can be arranged at an additional cost should you require).

We ask that the apartment is left tidy with all cutlery, crockery & utensils washed and placed back in the cupboards and drawers and please ensure the Air-Conditioning is turned off at departure.

Management do reside on-site in the event of emergency in addition to this spot security patrols do occur during the night.

The entire property is non-smoking, including your apartment, balconies and all common areas. A minimum fee of $250 will be applied to your account for non-compliance. Should the smoke detector be activated a fire brigade levy fee applies.

Local Channels are free to air through Foxtel on your television.

Please ensure you have informed your visitors of your unit number if they wish to call you outside of office hours.

As per Body Corporate By-Laws, washing is not permitted to be hung over the balconies railing please use the clothes airer provided.
